Attendance Policy

Once your appointment time is confirmed, rescheduling up to three hours before your scheduled time is acceptable with no charge. Any class rescheduled or cancelled within three hours of the scheduled time will result in a full-charge for the time already scheduled. Instructors will wait in the classroom for fifteen minutes after the scheduled start time, and if the client isn't in the classroom by then, an 'absent' status will be placed on the class, and a full-charge for the time booked will result. If client is late, the class time will be considered as commenced from the scheduled time, regardless of time client has entered classroom.

Payments

Payments are to be made in order to secure your desired time slot, and can be made through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or through direct debit/credit card payments. All payments are secure and your information will not be stored or shared with anyone, ever. Receipts are sent to clients within 24-hours after payments through e-mail.

Additional Information

Clients are given a free course time of one-hour for every client referred and enrolled.

No aspect of client information is shared with anyone, for any reason.

While instructors conduct classes with their cameras on, clients of course, can choose to keep their cameras on or off, at anytime, for any reason.
